Vacation villa Vinya is a recently built, modern vacation villa, situated in a quiet area in Cala Vinyas within walking distance to the beach. The well-known seaside resorts Santa Ponsa, Port Portals and Port Andratx are within easy reach, while Mallorca’s capital Palma de Mallorca with many beautiful sights, restaurants and shops is only a 15 min. drive away.

On the entrance level of the villa you will find the master bedroom with en suite bathroom and a private terrace. Further on this floor a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, sharing a bathroom.

On pool level there is a spacious open plan living/dining area and a fully equipped modern kitchen. The living area opens onto a covered terrace with lounge area and an outdoor dining area with BBQ. Further on this floor a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
