This lovely holiday villa lies in the quiet villa area El Rosario in eastern Marbella (Costa del Sol) only a 20 min. walk from the beach and 15 min. to the centre of El Rosario with bakery and restaurant. Holiday villa Venus was recently refurbished and has a fantastic view of mountains and sea.
Villa Venus comprises three levels.
The entrance is on the middle level. Here you will find a spacious open plan living/dining area with fire place and satellite TV and a modern fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen opens onto a terrace with comfortable sofas and stunning sea view.
On the first floor there is the master bedroom with en suite bathroom and a private balcony with stunning views of mountains and sea. On a clear day you can see as far as Gibraltar!
On pool level there are 3 double bedrooms. One bedroom has 2 beds of 1.50 x 2.00 and an en suite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom.
Holiday villa Venus lies in a well-tended garden (1600 m2) with a large lawn. The lovely pool is surrounded by a terrace with sun beds and sun umbrella. There is a covered outdoor kitchen with BBQ and dining area.
