Holiday villa Liguria is situated upon a hill in a quiet green area with breath taking views across the surrounding countryside. Villa Liguria lies close to the hamlet Avegno with shop and only 6 km. from the sought-after seaside resort Recco with shops, bars and restaurants.
Holiday villa Liguria is an excellent base to explore the beautiful coast of Liguria, such as the bustling city of Genoa and the picturesque villages Portofino, Camogli and Sestri Levante.

Holiday villa Liguria comprises 2 floors.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with fire place and satellite TV, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. There is a large veranda with dining table, giving out to a terrace with BBQ.

On the first floor there is a double bedroom with TV, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with bath. Both bedrooms are air conditioned.

The other two bedrooms can be accessed from the swimming pool terrace and are not accessible from the villa. There is a double bedroom, a bedroom with double sofa bed (with extra mattress) and a bathroom with shower. Further on this floor you will find a sauna and fitness equipment.

Holiday villa Liguria (300 m2) lies on a hill and is surrounded by a beautiful garden (1500 m2) with olive trees and Mediterranean plants. There is large terrace with lovely views across the green countryside. The swimming pool (8 x 4) is surrounded by a semi-covered terrace with comfortable terrace furniture, sun beds and a Jacuzzi bath.
