Holiday villa Carducci lies in the hills near Castagneto Carducci (7 km) with restaurants and shops. It is only 7 km. to the beasutiful sandy beaches of Marina di Castagneto and Donoratico. Villa Carducci was recently renovated and redecorated in contemporary style. The villa comprises 2 independent units of 2 floors.

Unit I
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, a modern fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 12 and a bathroom with shower. Three French doors in the kitchen lead out to a covered terrace with a seating area and a dining table for 12 with BBQ.
On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. A small staircase leads to a loft with extra double bed (140 cm).

Unit II
On the ground floor there is living room, a modern fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 6 and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there 3 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower.

Unit I can be rented separately for 6 persons. In that case Unit II will not be rented out.

Holiday villa Carducci lies in a beautiful park (1,5 Ha) and commands wonderful views of the rolling countryside towards the sea. The private pool (12 x 5) with pool shower /is surrounded by a terrace with sun beds and parasols.
