It is built around a central courtyard with large terrace and a private pool with Jacuzzi bath and a pool house with dressing and shower. Furthermore there is a well maintained tennis court, a jeu de boules court and a lovely chapel.
On the ground floor there is a spacious sitting area with fire place, a TV area with satellite TV, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining room, an utility room with washing machine and 2 guest toilets.
On the first floor there are 5 bedrooms: the master bedroom with dressing and en suite bathroom, 3 double bedrooms , 1 twin bedroom and 2 bathrooms with shower.
On the second floor there area another 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 2 bathrooms.
Villa Gina is also be rented out for 10 persons (outside high season) against a reduced rate. The second floor will then be closed off.
The owners of the villa live in the park in another villa. They will respect your privacy and not interfere in your stay, however they are available for tips and information about the region.
