This wonderful holiday villa lies in the heart of the Chianti area with easy access to Siena (20 km) and Florence (60 km). Villa Vivaldi sits in a well-tended, completely fenced garden commanding beautiful views of the Tuscan countryside. tIt is only 3 km. to Gaiole with supermarket and various shops.

Villa Vivaldi comprises 3 floors.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living/dining room with fire place and satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 double bedrooms with a bathroom (shower) each. From the living area you have access to the beautiful loggia with dining table for 10.

On the first floor you will find 1 double bedroom with walk-in closet and bathroom with shower.

On the lower floor there is a billiard room, a kitchenette with oven, fridge and dishwasher and a double bedroom with bathroom with whirlpool bath and shower. Furthermore on this floor a laundry room with washing machine.

The lovely pool (11 x 6) is surrounded by a terrace with sun beds and sun umbrellas. There is a wellness center with Turkish bath and Jacuzzi. On the side of the house there is another covered terrace with comfortable sofas and dining table.

Holiday villa Vivaldi lies in the Chianti area where you can easily visit many famous wineries f.i. in Radda (10 km) or in Castellina (20 km). Siena and Florence are within easy reach (30 – 60 min). Upon request the owner of villa Vivaldi can deliver authentic Italian meals based on Tuscan produce and accompanied by a selection of wines.
