Vacation villa Borlio is an authentic Tuscan country house located in a quiet area near Fattoria (700 m) and only 16 km. from well-known Cortona with lots of shops and restaurants.
This luxury vacation villa comprises 3 floors. comprises two floors.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living/dining room with fire place, satellite TV and a bar. There is a large, fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room with washing machine, a guest toilet and a double bedroom with bathroom. The lovely glass porch is furnished with a dining table, perfect for “al fresco” dining while enjoying a panoramic view across the Tuscan countryside.
Furthermore on this floor a wellness area with sauna, whirlpool and a small pool (5 x 3) that can be heated against a supplement.

The first floor can be reached by a stairway or elevator. Here you will find 7 double bedrooms each with its own bathroom.

On the top floor there is the 9th bedroom with bathroom (shower).
